Scolecite with Peachy Stilbite
Description
This Scolecite with Stilbite statement piece is valued by collectors for the natural pairing of two zeolite minerals that form under rare, stable conditions. The combination is admired for its sense of balance and refinement, with specimens from this region considered especially collectible due to their formation quality and integrity.
Scolecite and stilbite are zeolite minerals formed through low-temperature hydrothermal processes within volcanic basalt. These pieces originate from the Deccan Traps of India, a vast volcanic province created by lava flows over 60 million years ago. Mineral-rich fluids circulated through cavities in the cooling basalt, allowing the crystals to develop slowly and undisturbed.
Scolecite is commonly associated with mental clarity, rest, and a calming of mental noise, while stilbite is linked to balance, grounding, and emotional ease. Together, they are often chosen to support reflection, stillness, and a more settled energy within a space.

Note
All crystals and ceramic works offered by Atelier Lithic are inherently unique. Variations in size, colour, surface texture, and form are natural and should be expected.
Crystals are natural materials formed in the earth and may include surface irregularities such as natural fissures, internal veils, growth marks, contact points from where the crystal was attached to the host rock, or areas where the specimen was mined or extracted. These features are part of the crystal’s natural formation and are not considered defects. Defects are disclosed within the item description.
For crystals:
- When a listing includes numbered options (for example, 001, 002, etc.), each number corresponds to a specific crystal shown in the photos. Selecting a number means you will receive that exact crystal.
- When a crystal is shown as a group or range and sold as a quantity of one without numbered options, the images represent examples of what is available. You will receive one crystal, selected from the group, with natural variation.
For ceramics:
- All ceramic pieces are one of a kind. Unless otherwise stated, you will receive the exact piece shown in the listing photos.
