By accessing or purchasing from Atelier Lithic (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. General Conditions

Atelier Lithic offers curated stone and mineral pieces intended for decorative and design purposes. By using our site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree not to use our products or content for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse of our site.

2. Product Representation

All items are natural materials. Variations in colour, texture, inclusions, and form are inherent and part of the character of each piece. Measurements and weights are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly.

Product photographs are taken to represent each piece clearly and honestly. Due to differences in screen settings and lighting, colours may appear slightly different in person.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities per order at our discretion. In the event an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped with care. Please allow up to 20 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Once shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside our control. Tracking information is provided for all applicable orders.

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If a package is not collected and is returned to us after the carrier’s hold period, it is not eligible for a refund. Redelivery may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. For the USA, shipping rates are calculated on cost of package and package dimensions.

5. Damages & Claims

All orders are packed carefully to ensure safe arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Eligible claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or an error has occurred on our part.

Refunds will not be issued for preference-based reasons, natural variations, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Taxes & Duties

For Canadian orders, applicable sales taxes (GST/HST) are calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination.

For international orders, duties, import taxes, or fees may be collected at checkout where permitted. If not collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, branding, and design, is the property of Atelier Lithic and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Atelier Lithic is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
