Please review all policies prior to claiming during a live event. Claiming a piece indicates agreement with the terms below.

How Payment Works

All pieces are claimed during our live sales.

Following the live, a PayPal invoice will be sent directly to the email address associated with your claim.

Payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being issued. Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, extensions are not available. Please only claim if you are prepared to complete payment within this timeframe.

If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please contact us promptly so we can review it prior to shipping.

Tracking Your Invoice

Invoices are sent manually after the live. There may be a short processing delay depending on the volume of claims.

If you have not received your invoice within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out.

Open Boxes

Atelier Lithic offers an open box program. If you are a new customer, you will be invoiced for your first claim. You may be able to add items to your open box freely after this. Invoices will be sent every Friday/Saturday for new items.

Please advise us when you are ready to ship your box. We will let you know when you have reached the minimum $300 threshold for free shipping. You can decide then to ship or wait to claim further items.

All items will need to be paid before they are shipped.

Shipping

Shipping charges will be included on your PayPal invoice if you have not reached the minimum of $300 for shipping and you would like your items immediately.

All pieces ship from Canada.

For shipments to the United States, any applicable tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are not included in the purchase price or shipping total.

We do not ship outside of the US and Canada.

All shipments are insured.

New Customers

New customers may claim items in their first visit. An invoice will be sent after the live show or the following morning. You have 24 hours to pay the invoice before the items go back into inventory for other customers to claim.

If you have an unpaid first invoice, you are not eligible to participate in subsequent live sales until the balance is cleared.

How Claims Are Determined

Priority is given to the customer who asked to see the item first. They have first right of refusal. If the item is passed, the second customer who claimed the item will have the ability to claim.

Internet speeds and feed delays can vary. What appears first on your screen may differ from what we see in real time. Our recorded order of claims is final.

Swaps, Trades & Holds

All claims are final.

We do not allow swaps, trades, upgrades, holds, or “save our spot” requests. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for all participants.

Photo Requests During the Live

If you miss capturing a screenshot of your claim, you may request one during the live while the piece is still available in the room.

If the piece has already been packed away, you may contact us through the website to request a photo. Images will be sent after the live or the following business day.

During high-volume sale events, live screenshot requests may not be accommodated.
