Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped with care. Please allow up to 20 business days for processing before shipment. Each piece is handled individually to ensure it is packed and prepared properly, and processing times may vary depending on the nature of the order.

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped primarily via UPS. Canada Post may be used for select locations. All orders include tracked shipping so both you and our team can follow the delivery.

Some shipments may require a signature upon arrival. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notification for pickup. If a package is not collected and is returned to us after the carrier’s required hold period, it is not eligible for a refund. In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at the customer’s expense.

Each order is packed with care using protective materials such as tissue, cushioning, and reusable packing where possible, to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

While every precaution is taken, if an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement or refund may be offered.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination and are set by the carrier. When multiple orders are combined into a single shipment under a single tracking number, shipping charges from individual orders are not refundable. To optimize shipping costs, we recommend placing one order rather than multiple separate orders.

For Canadian orders, applicable sales taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination. For certain international destinations, taxes or duties may also be collected at checkout where permitted. If duties, import taxes, or related fees are not collected at checkout, they remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

For orders to the USA, the shipping costs include the tariffs imposed on international deliveries to residents.
