Description
This Raw Fire Quartz features vivid flashes of iron-rich red and burnt orange woven through translucent quartz. The surface is natural and unpolished, revealing fractured crystal faces, opaque mineral veining, and pockets of clear quartz beneath a saturated outer layer. The contrast between clarity and dense iron staining gives the piece depth, movement, and a distinctly elemental presence.
Fire Quartz, also known as Hematoid Quartz, forms when quartz crystallizes alongside iron oxide inclusions such as hematite. These inclusions create the red, rust, and amber tones that appear suspended within the quartz body. Each specimen develops its colour and pattern naturally during growth, making every piece structurally and visually unique.
Fire Quartz is often associated with grounding and vitality. It is believed to support focus, motivation, and steady forward movement while maintaining a sense of stability.
