Description
This specimen shows lush green fluorite in a soft, rounded crystal mass, covered in sugar druzy and pyrite sparkles. Its organic, undulating form giving it a sculptural, almost sea-worn quality rather than the sharp geometry typical of fluorite. Fine, sparkly druzy pyrite scatters across parts of the surface in patches, the golden flecks catching the light against smooth, glassy green faces beneath. The colour shifts beautifully from a soft mint near the edges to a deep, saturated forest green in the hollows and curves, with the pyrite druzy tracing along the contours and highlighting the piece's rolling, wave-like form. Mounted on its custom stand, it reads as much like a small sculptural object as a mineral specimen, with real dimension and sparkle from every angle.
