These Petrified Wood free forms display layered bands of rust, blush, cream, charcoal, and ochre flowing through polished surfaces. Each piece preserves the original wood grain in mineralized detail, with natural linear striations and organic movement visible across the domed faces. The polish enhances the colour variation while retaining the structure of the ancient wood beneath.

Sourced from Indonesia, Petrified Wood forms when buried trees are gradually replaced by silica-rich minerals over millions of years. The organic material decomposes while quartz and other minerals replicate the cellular structure of the wood, preserving growth rings and grain patterns in stone.

Petrified Wood is often associated with grounding and steadiness. It is believed to support patience, long-term vision, and a sense of rooted stability.
